参加を希望される方は，下記の申込様式を電子メールの本文にコピー＆ペースト（貼り付け）し、様式中の記入例を参考にして各項目をご自分のデータに書き換え，下記のアドレスまでご返信下さい．メールのタイトルは，「魚類シンポ参加希望」として下さい．申し込み締め切りは2008年1月21日（月）です．なお，会場の都合により参加者は150名を上限とし，その数に達した時点で申込みを締め切りますので，予めご了承ください．参加費は3月3日夕方予定の懇親会費を含め一人6000円です．なお，本シンポジウムに参加するためには，事前申込みが必要ですのでご注意下さい．

本シンポジウムでは魚類の系統や多様性に関するポスター発表を募集します．発表は非魚類学会会員でもできますが，この場合は共著者に魚類学会会員を含めてください（発表をされない非魚類学会会員は，シンポジウムに参加できません）．ポスター発表の申し込みは，シンポジウムの参加申込様式を用いて行なって下さい．連名での発表の場合は，ポスターセッションに参加し（下記の暫定プログラムをご覧ください）ポスターの前で説明できる方のうち一名が代表して申し込みをおこなってください．なお，本シンポジウムでは，ポスター発表の要旨を作成する必要はありません．
参加申し込みメールが事務局で受信されると，データを確認後，受付番号を明記したメールが返信されます．平行して，参加費の払い込み用の郵便振替用紙が申込者の連絡先住所宛に郵送されますので，この払い込み用紙で参加費をお支払い下さい．事務局で振込を確認した後，メールにて振込確認完了の連絡をいたします．このメールが届いた時点で申し込み受付が完了となります．なお，ポスター発表の発表番号については，申し込み締め切り後，後日，メールでお知らせいたします．

ポスターは英語で作成し，縦85cm 横120cmの「横長」のスペースに収まるようにして下さい．ポスターを留めるマジックテープは，実行委員会で用意します．
本シンポジウムでは，ポスター発表の要旨集は作成しません．手元に残る紙媒体で参加者にアピールしたい方は，縮小版のポスターを作成して発表時に配布するなど，各自で工夫して下さい．
