The 2025 (59th) Annual Meeting of the Ichthyological Society of Japan (ISJ) will be held at Tokyo University of Marine Science and Technology in Japan, from 21 to 24 November 2025. Three symposiums entitled “The National Museum of Natural History, Okinawa: A new research platform for studies on fish diversity”, “Ecological diversity and speciation in freshwater fishes in Japan - with a focus on northern freshwater fishes” and “Ichthyological research at public aquariums” will be held during the meeting. This year's meeting will be held in hybrid format.
